Exelans is led by Nishit D Sangani, an Engineer MBA, with over two decades of diverse local and international experience in the consumer electronics, telecom, IT and training sectors. A Six Sigma Green & Black Belt certified professional, Nishit has an exceptional track record of outstanding contributions in corporate and channel network establishment and management, business development, key account management, retail and wholesale operations and new business set up.

As Business Unit Head, of a large retail conglomerate in Dubai UAE, Nishit handled the Middle East, CIS and Africa markets and was assigned the responsibility of assessing potential, and setting up and developing marketing infrastructure for the sales of ‘Fuji’ products in these emerging markets.

Notwithstanding his managerial experience in the corporate world spanning over 20 years, in the last three years alone, as a full time training consultant with Dale Carnegie Training in India, he has trained over 3000 people and has executed training assignments equivalent to 8000 man hours. Nishit has facilitated successful workshops on succession planning, leadership, managerial effectiveness, employee engagement, sales, time management, world class customer service, problem solving and decision making, negotiation etc. for corporates in diverse industries. He successfully delivered training solutions for both multinational corporate clients, as also government & educational institutions based on their respective development needs.
